5. Client-Specific Apps
Where apps are built for external businesses:
The client business owns the app content and commercial rights.
Kus Software is merely the developer/vendor.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party service outages
- Device compatibility issues
- Data loss due to user actions
- Internet failures, etc.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed under the laws of India, and disputes will be handled in courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
